FABCO Industrial Construction is an industrial mechanical, millwright, rigging, fabrication, process piping and general construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering quality installations in a timely manner. Our mechanics, millwrights and fitters all have OSHA 10 or 30 hr. training. FABCO is locally operated performing projects throughout the Southeast region and across the USA.

Safety is JOB ONE. At FABCO, we have made Safety a part of the corporate culture and are proud of this achievement and the safety commitment from all FABCO associates.

From line removal to permanent warehouse floor marking installation, FABCO can get the job done in a professional and efficient manner.

Polished Concrete Flooring

FABCO Industrial has helped companies and facilities with their polished concrete flooring needs.

Polished Concrete, done correctly is a process involving 10 to 16 diamond passes (depending on the desired final sheen).

During the process of grinding then honing, and finally polishing, your floor will be densified with a state of art Lithium Silicate. This step is critical as it increases the hardness and toughness of the concrete and allows the honing and polishing steps to achieve maximum impact.

At the end of the polishing process, your floor will have a penetrating sealer or stain guard applied which will help to dust proof your floor and to provide some protection against stains from spills.

A high quality Polished Concrete Floor will provide a clear and vivid shine. Whether you select a 400-grit matte finish, an 800-grit satin finish, a 1500-grit gloss finish or a 3000-grit high gloss finish your polished floor will be achieved using state of art, professional grinding/polishing machines. All of our machines are equipped with OSHA compliant vacuums with HEPA filtration to ensure that dust is minimized. The combination of our robust process and state of the art equipment, ensures that your floor will be long lasting and second to none.
